ICC Global Trade has its roots in the Intercourse Canning Company, a sister company which began in 1997 and for twenty years served up batch after batch of time-tested, mouthwatering products to the retail market in the heart of Amish Country in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

At the start, a large warehouse nestled in the countryside became the site of an old-fashioned cannery and market, where the fresh flavors of fruits and vegetables were sealed in glass jars.

As the business grew and the store became a destination for travelers, the company continued to develop its menu of food products. The buzzing ICC retail store offered cooking demonstrations to visitors from far and wide who lingered at the kitchen to observe expert canning techniques. Shoppers savored free samples while browsing the market, and others came for exclusive tasting parties.

Visitors soon learned about the origin of our name, discovering ICC to be located off a main road in the quaint village of Intercourse. Founded in 1754, the town took its name from the local Cross Keys tavern, serving as an intersection for travelers and a place where friendship and hospitality were the culture of the day.

That culture continues, and ICC Global Trade is taking it further, bringing flavor to the world. With proven experience in food manufacturing, our company pushes beyond borders, with domestic and international distribution and sales that capture the tastes of the past and present in a generous collection of products.

The basis of our business is food, while the heart of our customer service is grounded in feeding hungry souls in the worldwide community.
